Healing Tea Recipes
Directions:
You may want to muscle test (Kinesiology) each ingredient before adding to tea.
Put about a handful of loose herbs into a pot with 1-2 liters of water, to make 8-16 four-oz servings. Use organic herbs because the idea is to decrease toxic workload in the body. Bring to a boil. Steep for 30 minutes.
The leftover tea should be refrigerated, then reheated before drinking, as it absorbs better when warmed. Do NOT use the microwave for reheating, and do not store the tea in plastic or aluminum containers.

I drink 4 ounces every morning. You can taste the terpenes in it. Do not add sugar, honey or artificial sweetener as you will destroy the properties of the tea. Cooling, bitter herbs for best effect.
