Ur In Trouble!

I heard about the "craze" of drinking one's own urine. A friend told me. There are good things in the urine: antibodies, antigen, hormones, vitamins and minerals. It is not the waste product we are lead to believe! I asked my friend what the mechanism of action is. How does drinking your own pee work? She sent me a few videos.

Because I recently took some classes in homeopathy, I began to see that the urine could be used as a nosode to heal the imbalances in the body! Furthermore, it would be a perfect unique nosode for that particular person's imbalance. It could be used to bring that person back into a more homeostatic state. The body gets rid of what it doesn't need, but for healing purposes, there are things such as toxins, antigens, and nutrients that, when used as a nosode to make a homeopathic solution, give the very substances to create an energy signature through homeopathy to heal the body.

When I checked the internet to see if others have done this, I found that the YouTube videos about it tended to be in Japanese and Hindi. I didn't see any in English. So that told me other people in other cultures are doing this.

Below is the step-by-step guide for the homeopathic solution.

• 5 glass jars with lids

• 6cc syringe

• 10cc syringe

• dropper bottle

Steps:

1. I peed into a glass cup and capped it with the lid. The cups that I had collected from my Ayurvedic practitioner over the years worked well.

2. I used another cup filled with distilled water. Yes, I think the plastic energy signature from the distilled water bottle is in there. But hey—maybe it will help rebalance against the hormone disrupters in the plastic!

3. I used 3 other jars for 3 different dilutions.

4. I took 2 syringes from my nursing supplies: 10cc and 6cc.

5. I pulled off 1cc of urine into the first empty cup. I took the larger syringe and pulled off 9cc from the distilled water and put it in the cup with 1cc of my urine.

6. I closed the lid on that cup. I picked it up and knocked it against my flat palm of the other hand 40 times. 40 is a Biblical number. This procedure of shaking up the solution and hitting it on your hand is called succussion. Now in the jar with my urine and distilled water, I have a 1/10 (X) homeopathic solution. The more dilute in homeopathy, the more powerful the solution!

7. From the 1/10 jar, I pull out 1cc of this 1/10 solution. I put this in the second jar. With the larger syringe, I pull out 9cc from the distilled water jar. I put 9cc of distilled water into the jar with the 1/10 dilution. I put the lid on that jar. Don't forget to do this before you succuss or "Ur in Trouble!!!!"

8. The capped 1/10 solution and the 9cc solution is now hit 40 times on the palm of the opposite hand that is holding the jar. Now this solution is a concentration 1/100 (C). It is more dilute and therefore stronger. You can start with this to treat yourself if you want to start off slowly.

9. The same procedure is followed throughout the next step of dilution. In the third cup, put 1cc of the 1/100 souluion and 9cc of distilled water. Succuss this mixture of 1cc of 1/100 solution and 9cc of distilled water. Yes, succuss this solution 40 times against your palm as well.

10. Now you have a very powerful and very dilute 1/1000 (M) solution. Basically, you have an energy signature to help rebalance your body to a homeostatic state. It is personalized to your needs.

11. Pour or use a syringe to transfer the solution into a clean glass dropper bottle.

12. Take 5 to 10 drops under your tongue once or twice a day depending on your needs and tolerance.

13. I found the remedy energizes me so I do not take it before bedtime! No, it doesn't taste like pee unless your tastebuds are super sensitive.

14. Hold under the tongue for 30-60 seconds. As in all homeopathic remedies, have a clear palate: nothing in the mouth for 10 min at least before you do this and at least 10 min after you do this. Could be 20 minutes before and after—might be better.

Don't worry about getting urine on you hands: it's actually good for the skin. Some cultures use it on the face to soften the skin. I learned from the TV series Outlander, which takes place in early America, that urine was used in the hide tanning process.
