I’m starting meditation

Vagus nerve toning and stimulation
For a parasympathetic metamorphosis
Less sympathetic and burnout dorsalopathis
One breath in one breath out one breath in
This is where I begin
I seek peace and healing - experience nirvana
I close my eyes no distractions. And feel the prana
The me who is and who I am - I connect and get in touch
I listen to myself and don’t do much
Focus on breath - breath in breath out
The power within not the “they” without
It is within that I will rebalance and heal
I experience the me and how I feel
What do I need to shift
To resonate higher and my spirit lift
The only task on my to do list right now
Is turning in. Then I will know how
All that matters in my existence here
Is to breathe and around me create a sphere
To stay centered focused and calm
Like David’s focus in his psalm
Resonate with Devine connection and love
As below it’s the same pattern above
We create we can change
I know at first it can seem strange
But we know it innately that we are free
Once we see the truth we can’t unsee
