​Nurse Coaching is a collaborative process. For it to be successful, you must commit to a minimum of 5 hours of Nurse Coaching with me. The hour is a 60-minute hour. The fee for each hour is $100. Throughout the Nurse Coaching process, we’ll collaborate to improve your health and elevate the quality of your performance and life. We’ll take an honest look at where you are right now, where you want to go, and create a plan for how to get you there. I will provide you with holistic Nurse Coaching, which will involve direct and personal conversations conducted via scheduled video appointments.

As a Holistic Nurse Coach, I guide aware and motivated people to heal/adapt/rebalance to a homeostatic state rather than just suppress symptoms. I look at the root cause of dis-ease and provide support, information and value who they are as a creation of God.
